1,000 words a day regime. I have a lot of regimes to help sort out this tangle of critical thoughts hovering about the polyphonic fork in the road one academic year down the line. I could spend this fall preparing a portfolio for the zoology program, dedicate my time trying to get a free ride to africa or not be a grown up;dig around more and probably move down to austin to find new life, etc etc etc
the scenarios could be in the millions. i played around with the thought what it would like to be a lawyer would be like. pressure. debate teams. getting involved in other peoples worlds. probing and twisting it without lying to get a specific result. how do you balance morals and income. i would a miserable lawyer. i feel like my porpoise is a straight line and i keep zigzaggin. fuckin, dealing with seahogs and mexican blackbirds. It’d be interesting to have a stranger read aloud some of entries I make. I the second i think about the possible audience I have it changes the format.
